You’ll find every flavor of syrup that you can imagine and old fashioned jams and jellies that you’ll be convinced came straight out of your Granny’s cupboard. If you’re planning on firing up the grill this summer, stop in and browse their sauces and seasonings. Needing some new gadgets for the kitchen? They have you covered with those as well. All Sauced Up is a favorite among both guests and locals. You’ll find this little shop full of big taste on the Pigeon Forge strip, be sure to stop in and stock up on your next trip to the Smokies.
The Apple Barn Cider Mill & General Store
The Apple Barn is located in Sevierville, but just over the Pigeon Forge line and it’s definitely a can’t miss place for souvenirs! Within the walls of their beautiful barn you will find gifts like Christmas ornaments, coasters and cookbooks. However, you’ll also have the opportunity take home some of the most loved tastes of the Smokies. Choose your favorite flavors of apple butter and jams to make breakfast time complete or pick up a few sauces to try out on the grill this summer. From mixes to home decor and Tennessee Chow Chow, you’ll find something for yourself and everyone on your gift list.
MoonPie General Store
At our hotel we have a great love for nostalgic moments that bring back some of the best days in the hills of Tennessee. Many of our staff spent time sitting on the covered porches of our grandparents far eating Moon Pies and drinking RC, after an evening of chasing fireflies. At the MoonPie General Store, you’ll find everything you need to spark the good feelings of yesteryear or even just to make your own memories. They have plenty of treats for your tastebuds, but you’ll also find wonderful gifts as well. Wanting to connect to the Smokies? Pick up a book by one of our many local authors. You’ll be supporting their passion as well as taking home first hand stories of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Smoky Mountain Candy Makers and Farmhouse Sweets Candy Kitchen
We wanted to include a place for you pick up some treats for your sweet tooth, but when it comes to vacation 2 spots to find sugar is always better than one. Both locations are filled with everything you could possibly want in a candy store. There’s ice cream for the moment, fudge for a late night snack at the hotel and old fashioned taffy to take home with you. Stock up but be sure to take back enough to share!
If you’re heading to the Smoky Mountains, we would love for you to be our guest! We are located across from the Tanger Outlet in Sevierville and our hotel is just minutes away from all the places that you just read about, as well as many others! Our locally owned hotel is based on the family farm that once stood in the area where we stand today. The Lodge at Five Oaks is often praised for our rusticly charming decor, hot and delicious complimentary breakfast, luxurious beds, fireplaces, friendly staff, location and more.
