What to Expect
SkyLand Ranch is a one-of-a-kind entertainment venue! To get to the top, visitors will ride in a scenic chairlift that has the option of both chairs and open-air cabins. Once you reach the top, get ready for unlimited excitement! This attraction will be home to the longest mountain coaster in the area, a suspended bridge with a wide walkway, canopy walks, and more. One of the biggest hits of the attraction will be the miniature animals! Visitors can see miniature cows, donkeys, and more — which are all rescue animals! There are also retail and food barns with plans for a Western store, Christmas shop, candy kitchen, bakery, and more.
In addition to the shops and activities, Skyland Ranch also has event space for live music and exciting entertainment!
When Will It Open?
SkyLand Ranch has plans to open in late September of 2022, but we’ll keep you updated when we find out an official date!

SkyLand Ranch in Sevierville is located right off the Parkway on a 100 acre farm. It’s near The Lodge at Five Oaks, Five Oaks Farm Kitchen, and one of the largest outlet centers in the south are all nearby. The official address is 1620 Parkway.
