At The Lodge at Five Oaks we absolutely love families! Our hotel was created to pay homage to our owners family and the farm that they ran in the 1920’s on the same property as our hotel. Five Oaks Riding Stables and Adventure Park
Directly behind our hotel you’ll find the Five Oaks Riding Stables and Adventure Park, a perfect destination for a day of fun with the family! Located on the same property that was part of the original family farm, the area is filled with family fun! You can choose to go horseback riding on stunning trails and take in beautiful views of the Smoky Mountains or take tour the 70 acres by zipline! When you’re finished just head back down the hill to your room at The Lodge at Five Oaks, enjoy our free afternoon cookies and take a dip in our outdoor pool!
Ripley’s Old MacDonald’s Farm Mini-Golf
The Ripley’s Old MacDonald’s Farm Mini-Golf not only includes the Super Fun Zone, but it’s also located directly across the street from our hotel and is listed at number two place for fun and games in Sevierville by Tripadvisor. With 54 holes of family fun it’s an experience that everyone in the family will enjoy! The course is nicely shaded and includes mists of water to help you stay cool on a summer day or you can always opt to head inside to the fun zone for a nice break as well. It’s the perfect spot for kids to enjoy being kids and for adults to feel like a kid again! With the added convenience of it being so close to our hotel, it’s a spot you can’t miss during your stay with us!
Wild Stallion Mountain Coaster
Are you searching for a thrilling adventure with your family? Check out the Wild Stallion Mountain Coaster that's right next door to our hotel! This is the longest mountain coaster in the Southeast, offering a family-friendly ride on 1.25 miles of track. We recommend visiting during the daytime to take in the best views of the Smoky Mountains, then returning at night to see the city lights! The best part about this ride is that you get to control the speed. If you have daredevils in your family, you can go full throttle at top speeds, or if you have little ones who want to take it slow, you can enjoy a more scenic ride through the trees. Guests must be at least 3 years old and 38" tall to ride, but they can double up and ride with a family member! All riders under 54" tall must ride with an adult. This is a fun-filled experience that everyone in the family will love, whether you're riding solo or with someone else!
WonderWorks
WonderWorks is another wonderful family attraction that is located near our Sevierville hotel and also offers a perfect balance of fun and opportunities to learn. You’ll find everything from a ropes course to laser tag as well as many hands on experiences and rides. Are you brave enough to lie down on a bed of nails? If you think so, WonderWorks is the place to test that bravery! If you’re looking for a place where the kids can be kids and you can have your imagination and sense of wonder reignited, then WonderWorks is the perfect place for you!
